SPORTSCENTER SPLASH
The Sportscenter Splash Swim Team has been part of the Southern Piedmont Swim Conference Since May of 2007. Our Team is coached by Jennifer Newton and McNeil Bethune at the Sportscenter Athletic Club.
Jennifer Newton started swimming at the age of 4 and has loved the water ever since. She is the Swim Program
Director at the Sportscenter and has coached both summer league and year round swimming. She has been teaching lessons and/or coaching for 20 years and truly enjoys working with children and adults. McNeil Bethune is an avid swimmer who enjoys working with all age groups. He is a certified CPO and equipped to meet the needs of all the Splash Swim Team Members. The program is designed to introduce swimmers to the competitive world of swimming in a fun and educational manner. The program will focus on teaching the four competitive swim strokes along with racing starts and turns. SPLASH will swim against other teams in the Southern Piedmont Swim Conference and will compete in the Conference meet at the end of July. Come out and join us for a summer full of fun and sun!
