Group Exercise Classes at our Gym in Concord.

At the Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club, we have the best selection of classes for every level of fitness. From low-impact and less intense classes like yoga and water aerobics, to the high-intensity training of Cardio Blast, we know we have a class that’s just right for you!

All of our group classes are offered in one of three areas: the Group Fitness Studio, the Cycling Studio, or the outdoor pool and aquatics area.

New to a class? Just let the instructor know before class starts so that they can provide extra assistance if you need it.
