You’ve probably heard about Boot Camp, but do you know what it is?

 

Boot Camp at the Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club is training that focuses on your “trouble spots”. You know what I mean – BLT – butt, legs, and tummy. It’s a high energy class that includes various exercise to increase strength, balance, endurance and agility.

Boot Camp classes are held in the group fitness studio at our gym in Concord. Although equipment may vary with each class, you can generally expect to use handheld weights, a Reebok step, jump ropes, and resistance balls.
