Les Mills® BodyPump

Since 2006, the Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club has hosted official Les Mills BodyPump training — fast-paced, 60-minute classes that challenge every muscle group in your body. Get lean, get toned, and get fit fast in this instructor-led class filled with upbeat music.

BodyPump is a weight training class where you’ll use light weights while performing repetitions. You’ll feel challenged, motivated and ready for more!

BodyPump classes are held in the Group Fitness Studio at our Concord gym, and during sessions you’ll use weights, a Reebok step, and a barbell with free weights, all provided.

It’s tough and it’s intense, but everyone from beginners to serious weight trainers will appreciate this workout challenge. With BodyPump group fitness at our gym in Concord, you will:
