Our Cycling classes offer a dynamic, results-driven ride designed to build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and overall endurance. Classes range from moderate-intensity rides with longer, steady intervals to high-intensity sessions featuring shorter, powerful bursts of speed, strength, and power. Set to fun, motivating music and led by knowledgeable instructors, every ride focuses on smart pacing, effective resistance, and strong technique. Whether you’re looking to build stamina, increase power, or push your limits, our cycling classes deliver an energizing, challenging, and fun workout for all levels.

Cycling is a great low-impact way to rev our heart rates, burn calories, tone our bodies, and strengthen our muscles. All while working towards our health goals together. At The Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club, we understand that people have different needs. A cycling class makes it easy to adjust the intensity of the ride.

JUST RIDE AT THE SPORTSCENTER

Cycling is a great low-impact way to rev your heart rate and get in shape. Each class will burn calories, tone your body, and strengthen your muscles, all while working towards your health goals.

At The Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club, we understand that people have different needs. That’s why we offer 5 different group cycling classes, so we’re sure you’ll find your home with us.

We offer our Endurance class, which is a flat road ride that raises your heart rate to increase the way your body burns fat. Our Interval class involves repetitive periods of hard work followed by periods of recovery. If you want more than just a flat road, consider this class for hills, springs, and jumps.

Our third kind of class is our Strength Cycling class. Here, you’ll climb a mountain! This means heavy workloads to work on your muscle strength and power. Our  Mixed Format combines at least two of our formats in one class to keep things interesting and less predictable. And lastly, our Long Ride format is similar to interval format keeps you biking for 70 to 75 minutes.
