At FitCulture, we strive to create an atmosphere that prioritizes positivity, encouragement, and support while providing a workout plan to help you reach the best of your physical abilities. Our experienced and qualified coaches are trained to motivate you and modify workouts for every level of fitness. Whether you are new to fitness, or have been working out your whole life, FitCulture will provide a challenging workout for you.

FC45

Our FC45 program is a 45-minute long program of high-intensity Bootcamp workouts. You’ll get the traditional Bootcamp workouts with CrossFit infused activities. This workout class is perfect for weight loss and toning. Plus, you’ll feel great once you’re done the class! If you’re a beginner, this is the perfect program for you.

CFC60

CFC60 (CrossFit Cabarrus) offers a high-quality fitness and conditioning program. Our members experience a wide range of workouts on a daily basis that challenge them on varying levels of Cardio, Bodyweight, and Weight lifting workouts. Each day is different and exciting. Under the supervision and direction of a CrossFit L1 Coach, our workouts are performed in a group setting so you are encouraged by each-other and challenged to work hard.

Sportscenter PLUS

We are more than your average Bootcamp. Drop your kids off at childcare, recover in the jacuzzi, steam room or sauna and relax poolside during the summer. Get unlimited FitCulture classes and access to the entire Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club facility with Sportscenter PLUS.

Monday – Friday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 8:15am, 11:30am, 5:30pm

Monday – Wednesday: 4:30pm

Saturday: (combined FC45/CFC): 9:00am
