Saturday: 9am
Sunday: Closed

What is CrossFit? CrossFit Cabarrus is a high quality fitness and conditioning program. Our members experience a wide range of workouts on a daily basis that challenge them on varying levels of Cardio, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting workouts. Each day is different and exciting. Our workouts are performed in a group setting so you are encouraged by each-other and challenged to work hard.

We strongly believe that fitness is medicine, and whether you are needing to lose weight, gain weight, improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, or maintain and live a healthy lifestyle, we have the prescription for you. We are also aware and strongly believe in the benefits of fitness for those who are suffering from depression, PTSD, self-doubt, lack of confidence, and other health issues.
