Sportscenter Personal Training offers a training program that is tailored for individual needs. We offer flexible scheduling, and can help you achieve personal nutritional goals. Sportscenter Personal Training offers you certainty. Based off of the individuals needs, the workout programs can be targeted for: weight loss, strength training, interval training, athletic training, balance training, and so much more.
FC45 is for individuals seeking 45 minutes of high intensity bootcamp workouts. These workouts are a perfect hybrid of traditional bootcamps and CrossFit workouts. The main focus of FC45 is weight loss and toning while increasing conditioning. This program is suited for any fitness level.
FC30 is based off of our popular FC45 program and offers the same quality of a high intensity bootcamp workout in a 30 minute class time. The average calories burned in FC30 is between 300-450; so even with less time, you still get a great workout. This class is ideal for people living a busy life and need to get in and out of the gym in optimal time.
CFC60 (CrossFit Cabarrus) offers a high-quality fitness and conditioning program. Our members experience a wide range of workouts on a daily basis that challenge them on varying levels of Cardio, Bodyweight, and Weight lifting workouts. Each day is different and exciting. Under the supervision and direction of a CrossFit L1 Coach, our workouts are performed in a group setting so you are encouraged by each-other and challenged to work hard.
