Our Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen and tone your core muscles. You will leave class feeling stronger, refreshed, relaxed, and more confident about yourself. Unlike regular Pilates where you may find tools to assist you, such as barrels and reformers, Mat Pilates simply uses a mat and your body. With the help of our dedicated instructors you will use your body to complete each pose and movement.
