With movements that focus on flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance, Pilates is low-impact form of group exercise is customized for each individual’s age and fitness level.

Reformer Pilates exercises are designed to rebalance muscles around the joints and help restore the natural curves of the spine. You’ll build strength without the bulk, and longer, leaner muscles that improve, balance and flexibility.

Pilates group exercise classes are held in the Pilates Studio. Exercises will use one of four Reformers, which also convert into Cadillacs. During your workout you will also use Pilates mats, weighted balls, magic circles, and jump boards.

For those members seeking a weight loss solution at our gym in Concord, some HIIT (high intensity interval training) may be incorporated in to the Pilates workout.
