Zumba is a fun and creative way to exercise and lose weight! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with fun and easy dance moves that will keep your body moving. It’s a form of dance interval training, alternating fast and slow movements and rhythms. You will even find some resistance training during the class, but you’ll have so much fun you won’t even notice it.
